How my journey began

I became a Reiki Practitioner in 2019 after I moved to a new city. I was always interested in energy healing, but it wasn’t until then where I took it seriously. I was a new grad RN, trying to find my first job, but was volunteering at a local hospital as a Reiki Practitioner. I loved being able to provide an alternative method to aid in healing and relaxation for patients. I remained volunteering until my nursing career took over full-time. I gave Reiki up for a short period, but little did I know it was something I was called to do. I ended up opening my business after breaking my wrist and not being able to work. I was providing so many healings because I loved it! Because I was doing daily healings that my wrist ended up healing in a short amount of time without any kind of medical intervention! My scaphoid bone fused together without a cast or surgery. It was right then and there I truly believed Reiki had the power to heal in the most remarkable ways. Reiki has helped me so much as a nurse because the stress and anxiety levels can get high. I find myself being able to respond instead of react, as well as have a better outlook on life. The mind, body, and soul need to be balanced in order to live a peaceful life. I love what I do as a nurse, but I love providing Reiki to others in a way that truly changes them from the inside.
